Washington Hills | Iowa City Neighborhoods

The Washington Hills neighborhood, located on the east side of Iowa City is a great location for folks looking for an established neighborhood, walkability to schools, easy access to bus lines and shopping, and not too far from downtown. The Washington Hills neighborhood was largely built up in the 1960s, and as a result home prices are generally affordable for may buyers.
