Are prices going to crash? What’s going to happen with interest rates? While the power is definitely showing a shift away from sellers to buyers, it’s not all roses because housing inventory remains very low. In fact, it’s like we’re suck in a housing market purgatory! In this video I discuss looking at housing from three different perspectives–investment, necessity, and dual (investment/necessity)–to help you decide if buying a home in 2023 might still be a good option for you.
